If you're having trouble with RinkBeats, need help setting up game day, or have a question about a feature, we're happy to help.

Apple Music

RinkBeats uses Apple Music for playlist-based music playback. You'll need to allow Apple Music access when prompted, and some features require an active Apple Music subscription and access to eligible music.

Game Packs

Game Packs let you import a prepared RinkBeats game-day setup. After importing a pack, review the included playlist, clips, event assignments, sounds and layout before your game.

Imported sounds

RinkBeats supports local custom sounds in addition to the sounds bundled with the app. Imported sounds remain part of your local RinkBeats setup.

Before game time

We recommend opening RinkBeats before puck drop and using Game Ready to confirm that your playlist and important game events are configured.
